Who We Are
Stacey Hall-Tadokoro is the founder and Clinical Director of Hall and Associates. Stacey graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Addiction Studies at Park College. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Kansas.
Sarah has workd with Hall & Associates since 2008 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, with a concentration in Design and Production. She is attending KU to earn her Master’s in Social Work.
Chris works alongside his Care Coordinator colleagues, helping to support to a team of Hall & Associates therapists. A graduate of he University of Missouri, Chris has expertise in team leadership at large corporations and small companies.
Christine received her Master’s Degree from Mid-America Nazarene University with an emphasis in Mental Health. She is certified in Play Therapy. Christine believes play therapy can be beneficial to children and the adult population as well.
Chasity Gaultney-Tyler earned her Master’s degree from the University of Kansas. She has extensive experience with geriatric patients and adolescents, providing therapy in community mental health systems, social/child welfare programs, schools, and in-home.
Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kansas. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Emporia State University with concentrations in Substance Use Counseling and Art Therapy. She provides therapy to teens and adults.
Alax Denney is a Licensed Master of Social Work. She completed her Master’s at Walden University. She works with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Her goal is to help clients build and support healthy relationships, decisions, and lifestyles.
Mckinzee earned her Master’s in Social Work from University of Missouri-Kansas City, and worked with children aged 4-17 at KU Marillac Psychiatric and Behavioral/Mental Health Facility.
Nichelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Central University. Nichelle specializes in substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, interpersonal difficulties, and crisis intervention.
Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Saint Mary and her Master’s degree at Wichita State University. Kelly has experience working in the child welfare system providing therapy to children of all ages and families.
Maegan Ballew earned her Master’s degree from the University of Kansas, school of Social Work in 2017, and she is licensed in the state of Kansas. Maegan uses client centered theray to enhance the well-being of the individual, families, and couples she serves.
Tammy D. Murillo is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW). She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas. She has a strong professional rapport with her clients and has worked with disabled children, families, adolescents and adults.
Leigha earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Kansas in 2020. She has worked with teens, children and families. Leigha specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy.
Joanna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas. She enjoys helping children and adolescents learn new mental health skills and tools that will be beneficial to them throughout life.
Ryan graduated from Washburn University with a Maste’s in Clinical Psychology. He has worked all age ranges from children, adolescents, adults, families and geriatric individuals and with a wide range of disorders and treatment modalities.
Lisa graduated from Friends University (Wichita) with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a variety of settings, including in-home and virtual.
Stephen holds a Masters of Social Work from San Jose University. His specializations include providing therapy to individuals with disabilities and neurodiverse patients in a variety of settings.
